Description

House totally recovered of 5 heights where the first and second plant are given of discharge in tourism like rural tourist apartment (nº of registry 24450), fulfilling the norms of prevention of fire with an extinguisher in each plant and lights of emergency in each exit. The apartment consists therefore of two plants with entrance by two different streets.

In the second plant there are three rooms; a doble bedroom with a bed of 1.50cm, a triple room with three single beds of 90cm, and one last room with exit to the street and a doble sofabed of 1,35cm. In this room there is a trunk with several board games like the Hotel, Monopoli, Risc, Trivial Pursuit… Also there is a bathroom with towels for 6 people and stone arc that belongs to the walls of the old ruins of the castle of Benafigos. Within the bathroom also there is a small zone relax with two thermal heat lights.

In the first plant it is the kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwaves, washing machine, vitro, hub and complete set of dishes. In this plant it is the hall with a sofa, a table with 6 chairs, television and DVD. The hall has exit to a common terrace with exit to another street. Also there is portable and moving barbecue of terrace. The apartment has heating in all the rooms and the dining room.
